§1 Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use REDCRYPT V3: (a) Account information: your Clerk authentication ID and email address; (b) Usage data: scripts you upload (temporarily processed and stored for download), obfuscation options selected, timestamps; (c) Device information: browser fingerprint (canvas hash, WebGL renderer, screen resolution, timezone), IP address, user-agent string, browser language; (d) Payment/earnings data: offer wall completions, credit transactions, and click IDs.
§2 How We Collect Information
We collect information through: (a) Direct interaction — when you create an account, upload scripts, use the obfuscation service; (b) Automatic collection — browser fingerprinting, IP logging, analytics cookies; (c) Third-party services — Clerk (authentication), Linkvertise and Cuty.io (offer wall completions), Prisma/Neon (database); (d) Server logs — request timestamps, API endpoints accessed, error reports.
§3 Use of Information
We use your information for: (a) Providing and maintaining the obfuscation service; (b) Detecting and preventing abuse, including multiple account detection via browser fingerprinting and IP tracking; (c) Processing credit earnings and transactions; (d) Improving service performance and security; (e) Enforcing our Terms of Service; (f) Communicating service updates and policy changes. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
§4 Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information with: (a) Service providers — Clerk (authentication), Neon/Prisma (database hosting), Linkvertise/Cuty.io (offer wall verification); (b) Legal authorities — if required by law, court order, or governmental request; (c) Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.
§5 Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk) and session management. We do NOT use tracking cookies for advertising. Local storage may be used for client-side fingerprint collection. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect service functionality. Third-party offer walls (Linkvertise, Cuty.io) may set their own cookies for fraud prevention.
§6 Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers. We implement reasonable security measures including: (a) encryption in transit (TLS); (b) encrypted database connections; (c) access control via Clerk authentication; (d) regular security audits. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
§7 Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) Access — request a copy of your personal data; (b) Rectification — correct inaccurate data; (c) Deletion — request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations); (d) Restriction — limit how we process your data; (e) Portability — receive your data in a structured format; (f) Objection — object to certain processing activities. §8 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded scripts are deleted within 7 days of the obfuscation job. Account data (email, credits, history) is retained until account deletion. Banned account data and fingerprint records are retained permanently for abuse prevention.
§9 Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has submitted data to us should contact us to request removal.
§10 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with: (a) Clerk — authentication; we share your Clerk ID and email with Clerk; see Clerk's privacy policy for details; (b) Linkvertise / Cuty.io — offer wall completions; your click ID and IP may be shared; (c) Neon — database hosting; your data is stored on Neon's infrastructure; (d) GitHub — code repository hosting. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
§11 Browser Fingerprinting
We collect a browser fingerprint (SHA-256 hash of canvas rendering, WebGL data, screen properties, timezone, and user-agent) for the sole purpose of preventing multiple account abuse. This fingerprint is stored as a one-way hash and cannot be used to reconstruct your device's characteristics. The fingerprint is never shared with third parties and is retained permanently as part of our anti-abuse system.
§12 Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
§13 Contact Information
For privacy-related inquiries, data deletion requests, or questions about this policy, please contact us through official REDCRYPT channels. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Data protection inquiries should be marked as 'PRIVACY REQUEST' for priority handling.
