§1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using REDCRYPT V3 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
§2 Description of Service
REDCRYPT V3 is a Lua script obfuscation and VM protection framework. The Service allows users to upload Lua/Luau scripts and receive obfuscated versions. We do not host, execute, or distribute the output scripts. The Service is provided 'as is' for lawful purposes only.
§3 User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. Users may not create multiple accounts. Any attempt to create alternative accounts will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
§4 Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access. One account per person is strictly enforced — creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
§5 Credits and Payments
Credits are virtual units used to access obfuscation services. New accounts receive a one-time signup bonus. Credits can be earned through offer walls (Linkvertise, Cuty.io) but are never refundable for cash. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing, bonus amounts, and earn rates at any time. Fraudulent credit earning (VPN abuse, automated clicking, fake completions) will result in account termination and credit forfeiture.
§6 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: (a) obfuscate malware, ransomware, or any malicious code; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the obfuscation; (c) use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (d) distribute obfuscated scripts that violate third-party rights; (e) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without explicit permission.
§7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: (a) Creating multiple accounts or using VPNs/proxies to bypass IP restrictions; (b) Manipulating offer walls through虚假 clicks, emulators, or automation; (c) Attempting to bypass anti-dump, anti-hook, or anti-tamper protections; (d) Reselling obfuscation services without written permission; (e) Using the Service for any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized access to third-party systems; (f) Crawling, scraping, or data mining the Service.
§8 Intellectual Property
REDCRYPT V3, including its UI, VM template, obfuscation engine, and branding, is proprietary software. Users retain all rights to their input scripts. The obfuscated output is provided under a limited license for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its components. The REDCRYPT name and logo may not be used without prior written consent.
§9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDCRYPT V3 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total credits you have spent in the 30 days preceding the claim.
§10 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the obfuscation will provide complete protection against reverse engineering; (c) the output will be compatible with all Lua/Luau environments.
§11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or extended inactivity. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) all credits are forfeited; (c) we may delete your account data. You may also terminate by ceasing use of the Service. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
§12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Service's jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the Service.
§13 Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. We will attempt to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
